Order Processing

We understand you want your new AstroRex set quickly! We aim to process all orders placed before 11:00 PM EST on the same business day.

  • Order Adjustments: Please note that order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed, as processing begins immediately.

  • Processing Time: During busy periods (holidays or promotions), please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

  • Operational Days: We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding US bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email.

Important Note on Delays: Please be aware that during promotional periods or peak shipping seasons (e.g., December), shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders handled by carriers.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes accidents happen during shipment.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email the AstroRex Support Team at shop.astrorex@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage so we can help you out with a replacement or refund.
